"PRO's 1) Returned my call same day as inquiry. 2) Visited my property next day. 3) Called me from my property with quote. 4) Roof was installed two days later. 5) Was willing to take over when another roofing contractor left us high-and-dry. CON's 1) I have to dig deep for a con. The price for labor was higher than we had anticipated, but we needed the roof installed before the first snowstorm hit. We were really happy with the service we received from Mike and we would gladly recommend them to our friends & family."

"I highly recommend Sam and his crew. After contacting 4 roofing companies in the area, Sam is the only one that actually went up onto the roof to give an accurate assessment of the work that needed to be done. They did an amazing job and there wasn’t a single nail or scrap left behind and I think that my yard may have been cleaner when they left than it was before they started the job! If you are looking for high quality work from an honest and reliable company call S.A.M."

"Very professional crew. Reroofed house and garage. Replace 3 skylights on house. You could not find any debris from reroof inside or out. I was thinking I would have to do some inside detailing on inside of skylights but they look perfect. Very, very happy with their workmanship. Highly recommended this company for your roofing needs."

"Excellent professionals! We truly appreciate Miller’s honest professional who let us know that we would not need a new roof for two to five years. We will call upon Miller’s in the future to assess the status of the roof and use them when it is time to replace the roof. And we will recommend Miller’s to others. Such refreshing honesty seems rare lately. Big thanks!"

"Doug with Building Materials Plus was great to work with. The crew did a great job from start to finish. We are very happy with our new roof, and with how smooth everything went."

"I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service, integrity, and honesty of this company. They will be my first call for future repairs or replacements."

"It was TERRIBLE.....From the moment I came home from work and saw the shoddy workmanship, I ctctd.a person by the name
of Matt.  They didn't look right at garage levvel...Matt gave me the runaround, which I am finding out is all that he does...That is
tell suckers like myself that they couldn;t do anything....Fast forward to last summer when I had my roof re-roofed and I
asked contractor what is sticking out from under shingles?  He said that was the old hangers for gutters He took about   10
minutes to remove them......
I have left calls with a Mike Lacina, who I believe is the son...He did return calls. Also, I did get them out here on  2 seperate
occassions, to bend back the "cover" on the highest part of roof, which is 2nd floor of house...
Also google "scam informer" and u will see well written article from another displeased customer
they only care about selling product and are very difficult to get warranty work...My last conversation was with Matt, who was
very stand-offish.....I asked him what was his capacity with Lacina...He said I don't have to tell you....He is the PRESIDENT"

"Brothers Construction did a great job. They were efficient, professional and responsive to all questions. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing building or remodeling work."

"Mold remediation is an area that most homeowners have little or no knowledge, so we rely on the expertise of "mold specialists".  This is an unregulated industry and licensing is not necessary.  So what you have is alot of opinions of what the problem is and how it should be solved.
Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor and at the very least go to www.epa.gov/mold/moldresources.html to begin your education about mold.   Google "mold solutions" and you will find some easy and cheap solutions to at least some mold issues.
Lastly, if you find you do need a mold specialist, get at least 4 estimates and detailed explanations of what will be done, what type of warranty will be given (usually none) and why their approach will resolve your problem.  I guarantee your head will be spinning.
