He was very responsive and professional, performed an inspection and said he could do the job, gave me a fair price, and explained to me everything the previous company did wrong and what he would do to fix it. I was justifiably skeptical but trusted him to do the work. Carlos completed the job in 1 and 1/2 days; he was clean and quiet, protected everything from the dust and cleaned up when he was done.
