"They gave us the quote via email. It was very professional looking. They came exactly when they said they would come which is such a problem with some of the contractors. They came out right away. They gave us the quote very quickly. I frankly was not here when they came over here; my husband dealt with them. All we have done is got the quote. We haven?t yet made our final decision. We actually wanted to get several quotes from different companies and compare them, but we had some problems with getting some of the companies to come over here. One of the companies said that they would come on one particular day to give us the quote, but then it snowed. So then he had to reschedule. He rescheduled and then didn?t come back. It was kind of bizarre. He probably didn?t turn up because it was winter time or may be he doesn?t need a business. I?m not sure which one is it. I would use their services again in the future."
