"Freedom Fence & Deck did a fantastic job replacing our 35-year-old wood fence with a beautiful white vinyl fence. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. "Excellent! I bought the 3 hour deal off of Angie's List and set up the appointment with Tracy. I didn't expect 2 handymen at the same time making the deal for 1.5 hours, but it was the correct decision on their part because the two of them working together was more efficient. Jose and Felix were courteous and professional, and very fast. They replaced the icemaker line for the fridge from the basement with a sturdier pvc line, installed a toilet that I had bought (and they even carried it inside in the rain from my car), snaked the outside drain in my basement stairwell, and replaced a showerhead that I was not able to get loose on my own. They made quick work of everything and even had a spare part with them that they let me use, which was for the toilet (that my Kohler toilet did not come with). Everything went as well as I could have hoped. I would definitely call them again with my next list of things to do."

To speed the process I took photos of the area that I wanted work performed. I then emailed them to Neal with my approximate measurements and he took it from there. He came out to confirm my measurements and fabricated/installed a new railing. The work is solid and I would use him again.
