I?ve called, emailed, texted, been behind patient considering, I signed the release for my deposit to be returned back August 2025. I was even willing to work out a payment arrangement in good faith and still got the short end of the stick. My last attempt in communication to receive refund, Jackie sent a fake FedEX shipping sticker stating that he mailed out my deposit. Called the company and that was a complete lie!! I?ve filed a complaint with BBB and consumer protection agency as first steps. I will not rest until I get what I am owed. Shame on you both for taking advantage of local consumers!!!"
