He was a little late on the start window but as soon as he got there, he got right to work. He was able to complete the work in about 5 hours and only one small trip to Home Depot in between. He was knowledgeable and made sure we were satisfied with the job before he cleaned up."

"The gentleman showed up on time, and admitted that he had never worked with the dog door kit I had, to be installed in a sliding glass door. I admit that I was told, up front of their service charge for coming out. However, they were the only professionals that were willing to come out. As for the door the service man, he was the one that discovered the door was damaged, it has been returned. As for the dog door being installed, that has been ‘tabled’ now. Now, granted, I was informed ahead of time of all the expenses from the company, and I agreed to it. As to their work, I can not comment because they did not do any, their work may be excellent.
