"Communication regarding scheduling was lax. I was in and out of town for a while and needed to pin down when the work would be performed, a few weeks out. It was difficult to get a specific date. The roofers were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves well. Their normal gutter team wasn't available, so they subbed it out. The gutter people left a mess, shards of sharp metal all over the place. Mario and Lisa were very apologetic about that, and the gutter people called to apologize too. Econo sent one of his guys to finish the cleanup. The roof looks great, the gutters look great. I chose them because their price was competitive and because of the Owens Corning premier warranty."

"We successfully used EnergySage to get broad range of quotes for our solar install completed May 2021 in Moraga CA. I had shortlisted Solar Optima and American Array Solar as they both had teams that were local and did not use contractors. One of the key reasons I selected American Array is I consistently spoke with the same person from the first quote until the signing of the contract. Julene was incredibly prompt on every question I asked and never pushy. I docusigned on April 7th and paid the final invoice May 14. Post signing there was continuous communication on the process, design and submitting the permits. I read reviews on many companies with a lot of drama which I am sure in cases was warranted. Our install with American Array was zero drama and it was incredibly easy. The install took a day, and the installers were all great, down to earth people and happy to talk me through how the technology worked. "We are so happy with our new energy efficient windows! We remolded our house and this part of the remodeling was pretty much the best thing we've included. Ezra from Landmark construction energy crew was awesome and very patient with us. I showed up late for our scheduled appointment but Ezra went back over everything he had already discussed with my husband and answered all my questions and concerns. Landmark construction energy crew's prices were very comparable with the other estimates we got, but they had "extras" in there package that weren't included in the others which actually made them a better value. The installation was a little rough, the crew was at our house all day for 2 weeks in a row, but in their defense we had a lot of windows to replace (20 in total). In the end there were a couple of little things that needed to be fixed. We had few issues with the windows after the work was completed and we called Ezra thinking that he will never call us back now that the work was completed and all the money was paid…. BUT He actually got right back to us and sent someone out the following day to address all the small things we wanted to be fixed. The windows are spectacular, Ezra is awesome, and all the people we dealt with at Landmark construction energy crew Vision Windows were amazing."

In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job.
