"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. "The out of pocket cost to me was through a special offer here on Angie's List.  I paid $199 for $500 of custom closet shelving for up to 6' of closet space.  That was the wording of the deal. And an additional $75 for a slight alteration to the prefabricated design. <br /> Installation took just under 2 hours.  They did slightly alter to my specifications and cut to fit my closet space, as the width is under 6 feet, at about 4' 8".  I opted to install two shelves on the left of the standard design instead of having two hanging bars, one above the other.  There was an additional charge of $75 for this change. <br /> Be prepared to do all the prep work before they arrive to do the installation (removal of any shelving, hanger pole, etc).  They will do the removal for you for an extra charge.  So that is up to you.  I opted to do it myself and while it is not impossible, it's not exactly easy to do either.  Be sure you take your time so you don't mess up your walls any further.  And be sure to paint the walls in the closet beforehand, because you definitely won't be able to do so afterward.  <br /> The workmanship was very good and the space now works better for my needs.  The scheduler, owner and installer were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely consider hiring again in the future. <br />"
