"Geno gave us the best price in a well documented estimate. After many rainy days, work finally started. The old roof (2 layers) had to come off. That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. "The screened-in covered porch attached to the back of my house had shown signs of leaking for awhile. This February, however, there were several storms that brought with them high winds and heavy rain. My porch?s small leaks became greater in number and magnitude.    Jim, from W.J.C. Construction Services, came over that same day and assessed the damage to the porch roof. He gave me quotes to either  1. just repair and replace the leaking  shingles, or 2. replace the entire porch roof. He explained the first choice would stop the leaks where they were visible, but that it might not correct the cause of the leaking. Choice #2 was to replace the entire roof.     I considered both options and chose to have him replace the entire roof. I am very glad I did. As he worked taking the old shingles off, he saw that the original roofing on the porch was not up to code. Had I chosen to have him just reshingle the original leaking ares, I would still be left with a roof that would leak again."

There was a roof leak in my house over years, which I did not know and caused some very bad structural damage underneath the siding. I interviewed several companies for this repair. When Lukase Wieczerzak of WG siding stopped by my house to give a free estimate, I immediately decided that he was the right one to hire. He closely looked into the situation, pointed out the exact problems, walked me through the repair needed in great detail, and even thought and talked to me about whom in his crew might be most suitable for this job from quality and money saving standpoint as the repair would involve roofing, siding, and framing. Ultimately he sent two people specialized in siding as my house has aluminum siding which is tricky to open and close. The crew did a fantastic job.
