Mason called promptly, reviewed the job site quickly and performed the service all within about a week. Replacing tiles among existing tiles is tricky, but you can't tell there has been a patch. Mason was conscientious about my furnishings, polite and prompt. So impressed, he is also doing a bigger job for me. Have recommended him to several friends."
