"Done over 4 days to grind down concrete, fill cracks, then apply 2 coats of cement followed by 2 coats of base paint and 4 applications of coloring. Looks great and received many compliments. We can see the outline of a few cracks, but not a big deal as need to look for them."

Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside.
