On occasion, they have noticed something that needs to be done like completing an edging job that I started but had not completed due to heat and they took a few extra minutes to complete it for me. They even, without being asked, saw a pile of debris from the last hurricane and picked it up and hauled it away. Very, very kind and considerate of the homeowners. Perfect company for an aging couple who needs help with lawn and landscape maintenance."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Workers arrived late. Seemed very inexperience, and lacked a professional and serious attitude towards the landscape project they to perform. Paid for lawn sod replacement ($300) to find out it was totally. destroyed because they had to come back to correct a patio paver deck that was slanted toward to the foundation instead of away from the foundation. Had Owner return to correct the issue after he still insisted there was no problem. When he finally returned to correct the issue he realized that the entire patio had to be realigned. During the process he broke a pool pipe! It was a disaster and could have been avoided if the patio pavers were installed properly the first time. The owner may have good intent but lacks experienced employers. Had also expected me to pay for the cost of his error in sawing through my pool pipe. Would not recommend him for major landscaping projects . Paid $12,600 OVERPAID! As Elderly People have learned a lesson."

"Workers arrived late. Seemed very inexperience, and lacked a professional and serious attitude towards the landscape project they to perform. We ended up doing 3 projects with Fernando, and he is the best contractor I've ever worked with--not just in Florida, but anywhere! He's friendly, communicative, and does great work, for a very reasonable price. He planted clusia, banana trees and foxtails around our pool, foxtails and arecas around our outdoor kitchen, and basically re-did our original irrigation for the front lawn. His team also did gravel and pavers better than our pool company. He came by today to replace our sprinkler controller and one plant that had died. He is reliable and sees things through. If you have an outdoor project in mind, use Fernando! And ask him for James as a reference!"
