"Eddie and his brother were both personable and customer friendly. They were not the cheapest or the highest, but offered some added services that I could have done myself, but glad I did not have to."

"They did a tremendous job. We couldn’t be happier. We live in a single family home. They did interior and exterior work for us. They painted our kitchen, living room, stairs. They also made multiple wall repairs, sealing up holes and cracks. They also scraped and painted an old stained glass window outside. And repaired and painted the cement base around the outside of our house. They were very friendly, always on time, communicated well and did a great job. Pricing was very fair and competitive. Great value overall. We highly recommend. "

"I had my garage insulated and drywalled. The job was done timely. I was kept in the loop daily by phone call or text. When the job was done, all was cleaned up and debris removed. I am very happy with the result and would recommend this company."

"Have used Scott for house maint. twice now and both times his work and value have been outstanding. This time he was able to correct a lousy job done with bathroom fan exhausts from a previous contractor. He highlighted everything wrong and corrected everything on the spot that day for excellent cost. Will definitely hire him again for any home maint. remodeling work."

"Plaster-repair and MORE. Found & resurfaced original hardwood livingroom floor. New hallway ceiling hatch, ceiling plaster and attic insulation. Laminate flooring basement stairs, hallway and kitchen. Bathroom remodel with ingenious removal of the old cast-iron tub, creative ideas and inventive solutions for the best few weeks of summertime ever. Great handymen talents painting the back porch, installing a lovely yellow new storm door on the east side, and fixing the gable house siding to my satisfaction so that the bottoms had curves hanging."

"I reached out to Angies list to find a clean professional provider that does high quality work. After getting several bids we chose the provider that was in the middle for cost. When interviewing the provider, I let them know that my wife had severe Pneumonia and one of her lungs had been removed. She is highly susceptible to dust and debris in the air. I stressed to the provider that I would only higher a company that can mitigate any dust and debris in the house. We fully understand that dust and mess has to be made to perform the repairs, however we stressed that when the provider was done working for the day the dust and mess needed to be cleaned up and the home left in the original condition as before they started. The provider assured me that they use machines to capture all dust while they work. Furthermore, they assured me they would cover all air vents to prevent dust contamination into the air ventilation system as well as leave the house as clean as it was before they started the job. I then again stressed to them, I could only higher a company that can maintain a clean environment after they have completed working for the day. The provider walked the entire house with me, took mental notes on what needed to be done. We discussed that every imperfection in the drywall needs to be repaired in the house in entirety. The provider wrote in the contract Repair of the entire house, both floors, approximately one week of work. I agreed to this estimate/contract, signed the contract and hired the provider. The provider told us that they would arrive to work at 8:40am on Friday the 6th. Friday comes and the provider shows up late at almost 10am. The provider works for the day and then demands that we pay him half of the money now. This was never discussed before and not written in the contract. The day was getting late and the house was a complete mess and covered heavily in spilled drywall repair mud. I asked the provider when he was going to clean the mess. He stated they will be back the next day to clean and then continue the work. I told the provider I would pay them a small sum of the money after they came, cleaned the mess and worked at least one more day. The provider did not show up to work the next day, Saturday the 7th. The provider did not give a phone call and did not show up. The house sat in shambles and complete mess. My wife had to evacuate the home as it started to affect her health conditions. She went to sleep at her parents house to escape the health hazard conditions in our home. The provider then showed up on Sunday, the 8th at 3pm. Very strange to work on a Sunday, even stranger to start at 3pm, however I let them in. They worked about a half day that Sunday sanding the walls. The house turned into an overwhelming cloud of dust. All of the walls, ceiling and floors had visible, heavy accumulation of dust and spilled drywall repair mud. I asked the provider on their way out when they were going to clean, they assured me they would come the next day with a cleaning crew, but only if I paid them. I wrote a check for $750 and gave it to the provider, he gave the check back to me and stated he only accepts cash. I explained to him that I do not keep cash in the house and cash is not an acceptable form of payment for me, that I need a record of payment. With much hesitation, the provider said he will accept Zelle. I then sent him a Zelle payment of $750. I have documentation of this payment. The provider told us they would arrive at 7am the next day, Monday the 9th. My wife was now unable to be in her own home due to health risks created by this provider. 7am came and gone on Monday, the provider still did not show up. Finally, at 10am on Monday, the provider showed up to work. Mid- day the provider starts to send me text messages of photos of my home completely covered in dust, debris and drywall mud. I get home from work at a late hour that day exhausted from work. The provider is on his way out and tells me they are finished with the work, they want to get paid in full. I look around the house as I stand there in front of him, our home is destroyed at this point. Standing dust literally everywhere. Some areas have over ¼ inch of standing dust. Our brand-new Brazilian Oak flooring installed 3 weeks prior has drywall mud stuck and dried onto and in it. Windows, curtains, mirrors, staircase, television all completely covered in dust. We are unable to eat as the kitchen is completely filled with dust, our bathroom shower and tubs have standing drywall mud hardened on the bottoms, our towels, our toiletries, our tooth brushes fully covered in drywall dust. As we walk around the house I discover they have not finished even half of the job, they have not even started half of the basement or the basement bathroom. I turn to the provider red in the face, holding back every detrimental emotion I have and ask him how are you done if you have not even started to do the repairs here?, how are you done with all of this dust and mess?. The provider starts arguing with me and starts to demand more money. I calmly state to the provider that he needs to clean the house and finish the repairs, I will send him $400 and only that amount until the home is cleaned and finished. He agrees, tell me he will come back the next day to complete the repairs as well as have a full cleaning crew to clean the home. I send him the payment of $400. I have documentation of the payment through Zelle. The provider then sends me a text message late at night approximately at 10pm after I am already in bed sleeping. The text message states that the basement was not included in the estimate/quote. I remind him I still have the written quote and text messages confirming that the basement is in fact included. Furthermore, he started work in the basement. If he believed the basement was not included than why would he start work down there in the first place? I can provide photos showing the work the provider did in our basement in addition to the extreme mess left behind in the basement. The provider never showed up to work the next day. The provider finally shows up Wednesday the 11th at 10am. They walked around the house quickly and left straight away. He then sends me a message that to this day I still do not understand. The message stated and I will provide screenshots of entire conversation the price I gave you was wasnt the whole house, it was what you showed me, Im not going to do it for the same price. Dont pay me, keep the money, I know why the other guy person didnt do the job for you, drkcz. I have no clue who this other person is he is referring too, unless he means the other quotes I received, the drkcz is the Instagram of a friend of mine, he has a race car and that is how he promotes it. He was parked in my driveway one time while the provider was here. Is this provider threatening my friend or his Instagram? His statement makes no sense to me. My wife and I are now left with a house that resembles a complete disaster zone, it is 100% unlivable now and an extreme health risk. In total I contracted this provider for one week of work, the provider showed up one full day and two half days totaling 2 days of work. My house is a disaster, the work he did is already cracking and falling apart. Pictures will be provided. I have paid the provider $1,150.00; I now have a disaster of a house we can no longer occupy and no completed drywall repair."
