"The first cleaning was a little more pricey ($18 x 4hours x 2people =$144). After the first cleaning one cleaner is assigned to our house to come weekly. The second cleaning was more affordable ($18 x 5 hours x 1 person = $90). I have used other cleaning people before but there are MANY major standouts with this company. (1) if you are not satisified with the cleaning they will reclean. (2) Once you have your set rate (for example, ours is $90 for a weekly clean) the cleaner will always stay the allotted time even if they finish early - in Elliot's words "if we finish early we will find something to clean." (3) You can email Elliot the night before with any special requests and he will convey it to your cleaner. (4) There is an alternate assigned to your house, so if your cleaner is sick, a substitute will come. I like how the pricing is very transparent and the communication is very convenient (email). Some people may think $18/hour is expensive but I think that the you get what you pay for, and in this case, it is worth it."
