A representative came out and gave an estimate on the weekend while we were home. The  installation of all the fencing  was done during the following week while we were away. "Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

But I am so glad I waited because the team came on a Friday and were finished in 5 days (that included time for the posts to set) and the fence is fabulous, secure and looks much nicer than I had envisioned. "They started all of this with a cold call to have us put on a new roof, which we declined; but they said they also did the siding, so we had them look at the siding.  They had another company call us.  The experience was good.  The girl who came out for the roofing had another man contact us about the siding and that happened right away.  He came out and looked at it the very next day, so all of that was very good; however, we really had no communication from him after that.  The next thing we knew that the subcontracted company's owner was calling us.  We had no idea of the Ageless Restoration about what the game plan was.  It was kind of frustrating and took us some minutes to figure that out.  They are definitely worst contacting.  They are just like any other company that one hire's or thinking about hiring where one has to stay on top of everything."

Also, the first electrician did a terrible job and SRC had to bring in a second electrician to fix his mistakes and finish the job. However, they did not charge us for that and they came in exactly on the budget we were quoted, which was fantastic! We would use them again for future jobs. <br />"
