"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"The whole team at Sentry Exteriors were great to work with! We needed seamless gutters installed on our new house and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Sentry. Krystal's customer service was exceptional. She scheduled for Ben to come out and give us an estimate in just a day and she was able to schedule our initial install in just a matter of days. When we needed to reschedule due to product delays (Covid related, not Sentry related) and then from weather due to hurricane Ida, she promptly kept us informed and was able to keep the delays to the absolute minimum. Ben was super knowledgeable about everything gutter related, and when he and Ryan came to do the install, they were quick, efficient, professional, and left the job site clean and tidy. If we ever need gutter work done again, we will definitely call Sentry first!"

"Mr. Mills inspected the roof and gutters and while the gutters needed cleaning, they did not need extensive work. He was honest which I appreciated. My neighbor cleaned them out like he has in the past which Mr. Mills agreed was appropriate. He's very nice and arrived on time. If I needed the gutter replaced, I'd hire him."

"Very professional team and a great product. Very happy with the results especially with the gutter guards as we live in the woods and get tons of leaves."

"Home Genius came out to install a new roof with architectural shingles , gutters and fascia trim on my home. Communication was outstanding, the team was amazing, and knew exactly what was going on with the project. Roofing project was completed by early afternoon and the team worked very efficiently to get this done in 1 day. The gutter installation was scheduled immediately after completion and finished 4 days later. Ali, AJ, Jamie and the entire crew were unbelievable and made things stress free. I would give them 100 stars if I were able to! I highly recommend Home Genius for all exterior projects and I will be using them for myself, and friends! Thank you"
