We had originally scheduled the service in November 2014, but the snow came very early this past winter. So, we contacted them again in March, and they had us on their schedule within a week. The quote for our steep roof was $150. The contractor offered to clean the whole front of our house for another $50. We have a light gray house with white trim; the trim had black algae on it that we could not get off, even with lots of scrubbing. "It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"I had known that I needed a new roof for the past five years, but since the roof wasn't leaking, it was easy to put off.  However, when high winds peeled back a huge section of my roof and ripped the fascia off, it became urgent.  Acorn was the first of three companies who gave us estimates.  Scott was very timely; he came the day following my phone call and I had an estimate within a couple days after that.  The other two estimates were considerably higher-one was $20-25,000 and the other was $41,000.   <br>I decided to go with Acorn and found Scott very accommodating in rewriting the estimate to be sure that the repairs the insurance company was authorizing were specified in the contract.  The actual work started four days after we accepted Acorn's bid. <br> <br>I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.  I don't know for sure how many guys were on the crew (at least six) and it was obvious that they were a seasoned crew.  When they started removing my old roof, they realized that there were four layers that needed to be removed.  Each person was busy the entire time they were there and even worked during a light rain.   They placed tarps on the ground around the house and the clean-up was remarkable.  I haven't found so much as a screw on the ground!  I also appreciated that Scott had his own truck that was used to haul away the debris, so I didn't have a huge dumpster sitting in the yard. <br> <br>Tearing the old roof off and installing the two part roof system took around a day and a half.  I have a fairly large  single story home with a flat roof, and I'm guessing 2800 square feet of roof.  Replacing the fascia took a few days, as it was a rainy week.  I want to add that Scott did all the fascia work himself, and  I was impressed with the level of attention he paid to detail. <br> <br>So, my new roof looks great as does the new trim.    I feel confident that this is a company that takes great pride in its work.   I am so pleased that I made the decision to go with Acorn.   "
