Shani mentioned on the phone that the service they'd be providing would be a regular cleaning service and not a "deep clean" though it was so thorough it looked and felt like a deep clean to me and my husband! WOW. They made our house sparkling clean in 2 hours and didn't miss a thing. We've had cleaners in the past not move items to dust (dusted around, ya know?) but not a surface was missed. "They missed several areas that should have been cleaned, such as bottom of window sills, shutters, window areas that were later corrected with a razor and some “elbo grease”, underside of stove hood, higher up shelves in the kitchen, mold in the shower that was later corrected again with some Clorox, a razor and brush, and more “elbo grease”. Overall, compared to previous ‘deep cleanings of houses’ I’ve moved in and out of, this was a very mediocre job. Would not hire again."
