"12-27-22, Mickey's Asphalt Company asphalted my driveway and my car-pad. The Six men worked together perfectly. They laid the asphalt very carefully around my 12 holly bushes bordering my driveway. Afterwards, they put the grass back that bordered my car-pad. Two men cleaned off my front porch. They cleaned up all debris in the street. Mickey (the owner), Nick (foreman) and Salena were very respectful to me. This job was worth the money! I referred this company to (2) of my neighbors."

I researched the various firms that did waterproofing and had three highly rated firms come out for an estimate. The first contractor didn’t even bring a flashlight and just looked around and said to keep an eye on it. The second gentlemen did provide detailed estimate and carefully explained the problem. Randy, the owner, from Chamberlin Washington provided a similar diagnosis and estimate. His estimate was not only a little less expensive but he looked at the entire house and found other things that could use some maintenance. This is what I liked about Randy – he looked at the whole house and discovered several smaller things that should be fixed to avoid issues down the road. These were all things I knew about already but I’m glad someone took the time to examine the entire house and not just the one issue I was having. We had then not only waterproof the outside wall but also fill the expansion joints in our patio and seal one basement window as well as re-point some mortar joints in the brink chimney. When the crew came they went to work. They also did an admirable job protecting our plants. An old section of of a 6' high stockade fence had to be removed and I bough a new section and the crew was happy to put that up. When they water tested the wall they found a small leak. They re-did the sealant and that did the trick. Randy came out and supervised critical parts of the job. He was great to work with and happily fixed a few small things at the end. Randy really cares about doing the job right. I am 100% pleased with the work they did. I watched over much of the repair and everything was done correct and by the book. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Chamberlin-Washington and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"He called me back on the 15th and told me he would do the job for so much so I called him the 16th and told him that I would hire him for the amount he proposed to do the job. I had all the materials he would need and he came on the 21st with his wife and put up the dry wall and a small amount of ceiling we had to replace. He also added to the tile we had on the floor already and blended the two tiles together perfectly. His framing was excellent job and was very professional in his work ethic. They cleaned up the area where they worked and also cut a small cupboard piece out that was very annoying for no extra charge. He is the best contractor I have seen in a long time in this area."

"Everything was excellent. The work was timely, professional, and attentively done. Bogdan himself worked with one assistant to do all the work. They came everyday till the job was done. They cleaned up everyday, and were so polite and pleasant to be around. Bogdan also did a huge job in our kitchen last year when our wood floor was water damaged by a careless repairman from Sears (never use Sears in my opinion--their customer service is worse than deplorable). The damage occurred between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and Bogdan made it a priority to replace the floor in time for Christmas. And this was no easy job, he had to take out most of our kitchen cabinets, sinks, and dishwasher to lay new wood flooring. He is truly a man of his word, and will do what needs to be done to do the job and do it well. He has a good sense of esthetics, and his work reflects the attention to detail and the care that you would bring to the task yourself, IF you knew how to do it! "Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
