The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. Because of this history, we have a lot of trust that Bob will do an excellent job at whatever project he accepts. "

"The owner himself sold me my replacement windows. I remember him making a big deal that all windows come with a LIFETIME Warranty. We joked about having small children and the unexpected things that can happen. He reassured me Lifetime means Lifetime. He also hand wrote it on my invoice. That coming from the owner was a large part of why I paid Venture more than their competitors. A few years passed and one of my windows started getting cloudy. I went to Venture and in a week or so I picked up my replacement. Now again I have another cloudy piece of glass. Only this time Venture forwarded me to their vendor who told us we would need to fill out an online form. After approx 4 weeks with no update we contacted them again. They said since its been 20yrs we would need to pay $70 for the replacement. I left a message for Bruce only to be called back by his staff to let me know $70 was more important than honoring their agreement. This is something to consider before hiring."
