"Strong Fence was able to take the job they were very responsive when I called, so that was good. That's what I liked. The fence looks good now. What I didn't like was that he didn't write down what I wanted. So, when he started putting up the fence he was putting up galvanized fence and I had asked for black vinyl.  So I had to catch him and tell him he was supposed to get black so he had to redo that, but he did.  <br /> <br /> He also put in a drain for me and some landscaping, a retaining wall. The drain is good, but he never did the retaining wall, again, he said that he forgot. So he is supposed to still be doing that but he hasn't gotten around to it yet."

His price was in the reasonable level for how much work needed to be done and based on how thorough his inspection and estimate were I hired him and he was here the day after the heavy rain. "This fence company came in in the least out of four bids to complete my fencing project. The company owner was good on the front end and got the job done in a timely manner. He emphasized that if I ever wanted to add anymore fence or have any maintenance done, just to call him anytime. I called owner over three weeks ago now and informed him that my lawn care guy had hit a section of the fence and I need to get replaced soon. Stated he would get right on it in a couple of days. A week goes buy with no response. I call and he tells me he has been working on project out of town and will get to it on Friday later that week or Monday at latest. I have left two messages now with no response to phone calls or email. and it is now end of the third week. It looks like another typical contractor experience were they get the job done and paid, then you cant get them back out. Followup is everything when it comes to running a successful business and I have not got it with this company. Now I have to find another fencing contractor to fix my problem. Beware!"
