They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Mike from New Again Flooring came on a Saturday to give us an estimate. By Thursday, Mike and Shawn were tearing out 30 year old carpet and sanding the 70 year old hardwood floors. He took time to hand sand the stains and did a great job. Mike and Shawn came to the house on time and even worked late one night just to accommodate my ill mother. Mike understood the needs of a dementia patient and how difficult it was for her to be displaced into unfamiliar surroundings.
