Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"Vista came when scheduled to give me a quote and they worked with me to give me the lowest price with the best materials, etc. They showed up on time throughout all of the process - the delivering of my materials, the dumpster and the beginning of the work. They stayed extra late in the evening to finish the job in two days as they had quoted me. The dumpster was delivered on time and removed the day after they were finished. The entire staff was very friendly, polite and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. "Over a period of about 16 months, C&J Construction Services performed extensive renovations on my 155 year-old house.  They started in January 2012 with exterior renovations, which included new shingles and exterior trim, new windows and doors, new porch, entryway and roof (including replacement of underlay), as well as a new bulkhead, rebuilt chimney, and stonework around the exterior. All were done with my input on designand preference and the workl was carried out with exceptional attention to quality materials and workmanship - reflecting an exceptional level of skill and motivation to do a quality job.



|After a few months' break, we undertook the interiors and worked collaboratively on demo and renovation of nearly the entire interior, inclding the installation of a kitchen appliances and granite countertops, a new shower and new sinks and toilet fixtures in two bathrooms, including the structural underlay to accommodate a 100 year-old footed tub that come with the house.
