"We had windows replaced - all the floor to ceiling windows across the back of our house and the sliding door. Charlie Hunt is pleasant and professional to deal with. We got a written proposal with the price. The window manufacturer's rep came and measured. and once the units were delivered the old windows were removed and the new ones installed. The workers were gentlemanly and casreful of our things. The carpenters were skilled tradesmen. Some wet rot was found and removed then the affected wall was rebuilt. One change order was made and that was properly handled - no one was confused, the project was well coordinated. The interior walls were rebuilt, finished and painted. We had a followup call to address a problem.
