"From first contact when looking for estimates to their exit after install, Bane and his staff were thorough and conscientious. Was told one day would be all they needed possibly part of day 2. I had my doubts, seemed like a big job in an 8 hour span! But they did not disappoint! By 5:15 same day they successfully removed old, installed new, calibrated, turned on both furnace and A/C to ensure system was in full operation, cleaned up, walked me through everything making sure any questions I had were answered. "I had purchased a new HVAC for installation in my home. There were challenges to getting the cooling unit to function as well as running new wire. The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. I would use this company again based on K&K's bottom line of doing the right thing when there are complications."

"It is my belief when you hire anyone into your home you are walking blindly that they are honest and have a true knowledge that work performed will fix the problem. Sals heating has been working on our boiler system since 10/20/25. From 10/20/2025 till 1/2026 Sals has charged us 6,102.00 On 2/10/2026 we were presented with two more estimates: 1) 3,627.00 for further repairs . 2) 18,180.00 total replacement of Boiler It is my fear that they feel an additional 3,627.00 will not fix the boiler in entirety so they included an estimate of full replacement of system. 2) Replacement of boiler system in its entirety: 18,180.00 We have moved on and will not be using Sals service for any additional repairs/work This matter will appear on your website reviews and am submitting to the BBB"

After checking credentials, reviews, testimonials and interviewing four contractors, I chose Brandon Heating and Air Conditioning. Adam came out and explained everything from load calculations to the install process. The technicians were professional, courteous and polite. They wore shoe covers, put down tarp and worked diligently until the job was complete. They did a thorough clean-up. I highly recommend Brandon Heating and Air."

"Our heater went out end of this past winter and then our AC went out beginning of summer. Talk about a double shot in the foot.z I worked with Darren (sales) to find out what we would need. He was very professional and not pushy about any specific brand or item. I told him what budget we wanted to stay in and he was right on the money with his quote. He was very thorough with explaining what he suggested and showing how to get heat & AC to work as needed. Ethan and Brad were the installers that came out to do the work. They were absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the product and install requirement, they laid down a covering over the floor so as not to cause any damage. Since we had to have both AC and heating done it took more time than usual but they had no problem coming out 2 days. I can t say enough how happy we are that we hired Schar Heating & Cooling!!"
