"Great eye for detail. Planned and installed the kitchen so I had the most counter-top, prep-space and storage. My small space became an enormous kitchen with just smart planning and design. So proud now."

"The quality of the time spent during my project. I wasnâ t rushed, he listened and we came up with the best solution regarding my system. Jay was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. It was a pleasure meeting him. Thanks again!"

"Chris with CBX Property Maintenance has helped me with several projects around my home, and every experience has been great. He?s installed multiple ceiling fans, replaced my rain shower head, assembled and installed garage storage cabinets, and even installed my new garage door keypad. What I appreciate most is that he?s reliable, shows up when he says he will, and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. He?s detail-oriented, cleans up after himself, and treats your home with respect. It?s hard to find someone who is knowledgeable across so many different types of home projects, and Chris has handled everything I?ve needed with professionalism. If you?re looking for someone dependable for handyman services, repairs, installations, or those projects that have been sitting on your to-do list, I highly recommend CBX Property Maintenance. I?ll definitely be calling Chris again for future projects."

"Everything was great could not ask for a better job"

"Alex was a true PROFESSIONAL. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend to you his services. True story, I hired Alex to do 1 job. I had another issue to occur 48 hours later. I called him up directly, he was at my mom's house within 30 minutes and the job was completed about 45 minutes later. When I tell you that this guy is that good, I have hired him to be my mom's personal handyman for all projects around her house. This is your go to guy, really looking forward to complete the projects that we have planned. Thanks Akex!!!"

I currently do renovations, additions and cabinet/counter top installations. Also on the side I build outdoor furniture and primarily porch swings. I’m very detail oriented. Thank you

I provide carpentry solutions and handyman services for central and south Alabama, South Georgia and North Florida. My education background is in Finance from Auburn University, but my passion has always been woodwork. My start in carpentry/ construction began in general woodwork for custom home builders on Lake Martin in central Alabama. Due to the good fortune of connecting with trusting clientele, I have expanded my list of providable services over the years since this time! It is my opinion that my core competency and overall value offering eliminates the two largest setbacks that consistently prove to be problematic in this line of work… Communication and Price. I provide a solution to what seems to be the newfound industry standard of “subcontractors.” Cut out all the miscommunication that comes from discussing your project with one person, just to have another person complete it. If the person you are paying is not the person completing the work, you are PAYING TOO MUCH!

I'm a young man who's been working on things my whole life. I'd love to help you with your projects if I can

I've been in construction for 40 years installing storefronts, windows and doors, docks and decks. If I can't do it I'll be the first to tell you. Thanks
