They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

"We are so pleased with the replacement of seven large windows in our home. The workers arrived on time and were very professional. They put down floor cloths and covered all of the furniture. All of the debris was removed, and the new windows cleaned of smudges. What a difference it has made in our home. We plan on ordering more windows later this year. The biggest plus is they are a family-owned company operating in the greater Houston, Texas area. The windows are custom made in a facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas. I asked Jose to come give me an estimate and it was very fair, he was very willing to help with my vision and added some great ideas. Jose is a PRO!!! Jose is a Partner in the experience and really made all my Kitchen dreams come true. I had a vision and if he could not find the item I envisioned he had it created at a reasonable cost. Jose is resourceful, hardworking, timely and never left a day without cleaning up. There is so much I can say but not sure that all want to read a very long review so we will post some pictures. I have a couple other projects that we will be working together on in the future."

"We had an excellent experience with Renaissance Windows, from start to finish. We replaced all the windows in the house with Marvin Infinity Fiberglass double hung high efficiency windows. The visit with the sales rep, Tom, was informative, low key, and not pushy. He worked up several different packages for us over a couple weeks as we thought through the project. We had Gulf Coast Windows out just before Renaissance, and it was a high pressure sales job with a 'today only' price, which was still higher than Renaissance price for similar windows. We had planned to call another company or two for comparison, but after the positive experience with Tom and the competitive price for similar windows, we decided to go with Renaissance. The installation was amazing. We've had a lot of construction done in past few years, and we always had to watch and oversee the work closely. We quickly discovered that we didn’t have to do that with Renaissance. Philip (and his apprentice Tim) installed the windows. Philip is a true artisan and it shows. He is meticulous, for example, he found a slight dimension issue in one of the windows from the factory and pointed it out to us (we might not have noticed it). Renaissance had another window made to replace it."

The installation crew did an exceptional job. We haven’t lost any of the GAF shingles. "Texas Remodel did a great job on our new sunroom. They used quality materials and the craftsmanship was excellent. They always cleaned up after their work and left the site in perfect condition. We had to wait a number of months before beginning for some special order windows, but once construction began the job moved right along. We got cheaper bids but decided to "pay up" for their good reputation and we were not disappointed. Once again, you get what you pay for. Would definitely hire them again."
