I got a quote for nearly $700 to replace the damaged shades and asked Aaron, the owner, to at least take partial responsibility and cover half. Any honest business would have stepped up. Instead, he refused and tried to deflect blame by calling it a ?structural issue,? which is a weak excuse. This was clearly caused by poor workmanship and lack of basic knowledge. "
