"Breach of contract. promised a lot delivered minimal. I was told there is a deposit fee $50 because they were running a special which they charge me the $50 however, an hour later i was charged $200 without consent or like here a clarification on what the charge was. I book for packing and unloading i was told there will be deposit boxes Metrix mattress bags moving boxes bubble wrap etc. the representative told us we would not have to lift a finger however when they arrive only two people arrive and they had no knowledge that they were packing when i ask about the other people they are only aware with the third people and not a fourth one of the movers had to leave for 2 hours so he can go get the packing materials. spence who are not provided the fourth person as contracted this prolonged the job and increased our cost. the promised packing materials were not available forcing us to used our trash bags and whatever supplies we had on hand while the other person went to go grab some. with the one worker having to get the materials that also extended are work time and increased costs. the wrong truck was sent , which prevented the team from fully packing even just two bedrooms in a living room We were left with a lot to pack our selves. Well pack and move our selves. Ben q and nick were great given the circumstances however the organization and the handling of our project was horrible by their area manager. "
