"We've had Greenscape out several times - they installed a beautiful ranch style fence around our property with a vinyl coated welded wire insert (to keep the dogs in) and several gates. They also painted the whole project and made sprinkler repairs where necessary. They are great at communicating and do beautiful work. They're coming again next week to fix some irrigation issues. We worked with him on a few changes and agreed to the work. His team came out and the crew was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. "I thought they did a good job despite damaging the shoulder of my gravel road when they ran off the edge and got their truck and trailer stuck. They fixed the damage without question.  My beef is with Michelle for failing to provide a quote for regular yard maintenance which she promised.  Later, when reminded, she again promised a quote and managed to not follow through.  She is either very forgetful or did not want the job.  However, if she did not what the job, she could have found a way to say so. Communications is their weakness.
