"Damon and his son I think were very warm and personable. They arrived within the 2 hours timeframe that they said they would come to pick up a piano we were getting rid of. It took them 15-20 minutes for them to bring it out of our living room onto their trailer due to how heavy it turned out to be. I didn't give them a 5 rating for two reasons: 1) They did not wear covers for their shoes coming into our living room and 2) They didn't seem very prepared for the weight of the piano as Damon's son struggled a lot with moving it to the point I wondered if he was injuring his back during the transport. Damon never asked how heavy it was and all I gave him were rough (estimated) dimensions. All of that to say, they got the job done for the agreed upon price and I'm satisfied with their work and happy I went with them. I would recommend them, but I would recommend you ask them to use covers if you care about your floor. "
