They did forget to hook my closet door up. A bit fustrating but I also didn't notice. But they took the time to clean the floors than lay new padfing than carpet. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "We hired JP to repair our backyard fence and and build a new gate; which had weathered over the years and was falling apart. He recommended relaxing the whole fence, he was right, but we just couldn’t afford all of it right now so he did what we wanted! He promptly replied and got us on his schedule. Upon arrival he was professional, relatable, and passionate about his wide range of services. We got to know him over the few days, and can tell how much he loves his family and why he works so hard! I highly recommend JP and Altitude, we trust him, plus his ability to pretty much do anything is impressive. "We had to repair a scratch on the floor that was pretty deep and ran against the grelain of the wood. Jonathan did an excellent job, sanding it down and applying the top coat, it blendied iin well. The Sheen was not quite right for the first try and they came back promptly and fixed it. I highly recommend this company."
