"During the initial walkthrough with the cleaner, my girlfriend and I outlined our expectations and highlighted specific areas that needed attention, particularly emphasizing the importance of dusting in every room. However, after the cleaning was completed, I noticed several areas that did not meet the standards we discussed. Certain spots that we specified in our initial conversation were left untouched. While the cleaner performed adequately, the overall outcome was comparable to what an average person could achieve on their own. The fee charged seemed disproportionate to the quality of the service provided, and I believe that Angie's List could improve their screening process for service providers. Given that the cleaner spent over three hours in my home, I had anticipated a much more thorough job. Ultimately, I decided not to request further attention to the unsatisfactory areas, as I felt it would not be productive after such a significant amount of time had already been spent."
