Phone calls were responded to as if the company would be out to fix the problem, but they never came after multiple requests over 7 weeks' time. In addition, surplus heavy supplies were dumped on our property and left for us retirees to lift and remove from a difficult area instead of them removing their surplus supplies themselves. We had paid additional fees of $400.00 for help removing other items from the property. They knew this was a problem for us."
