Once in the house, they pressured my 91 year old mother to spend an additional $1,200 for spray coating "to keep fiberglass and asbestos from blowing out"! She paid. After they left we could see they not clean the entire duct system, faking it by just doing the first few feet. Then we discovered insulation that they had "coated" inside several ducts had fallen down and was blocking air flow on the inside! Their sloppy work got spray coating on the ceiling around every vent, and the shiny bright white of the coating is a different white from the ceilings. We called them to address these issues on 11/14, 11/15, and 11/18, 11/19, and finally 11/20 a woman said Darren would be here 11/25 to assess. No one showed up. We called dozens of times throughout the rest of November, December, and January. No one answered or showed up. These are destructive, incompetent dishonest scammers. Avoid like the plague."
