I made an appointment with them and they showed up when they said they would which I appreciated very much. Joe the tree climber did a good job of cutting the limbs and having them fall in my yard. Renae the manager of the project was very good too and assisted Joe. They were a good team. He also trimmed some lower limbs with a pole saw. They cleaned up the limbs and areas very well."

"Arrived on time. Very friendly. Listened to what we wanted done, and did it! We has 2 oak trees that were blown down during Hurricane Milton that we have been trimming and stacking the wood and debris. We wanted them to remove all of that and trim some limbs off other standing trees. They were not able to complete the work in one day, so they came back the next morning and finished cleaning up our yard. We would definitely recommend them to anyone else that needs similar work done. "

"I could not be happier with the crew, management and result of the work performed. I had massive, towering old trees in declining health which threatened the safety of my neighbors and actually grew through the power and telecom lines along the street, encapsulating some of the wires in wood. The removal could not have been more challenging nor the stakes higher, with thousands of pounds of limbs leaning precariously over roofs and power transmission equipment. True to their name, experience was a fundamental part of what made this project a success, devoid of any loss, injury or other calamity. This was a job that could have easily gone terribly sideways, and fast, in the wrong hands. ETS was well-equipped, well-staffed, capable, careful and worked with the local electric company to de-energize the lines while working between and above them. They brought in a fantastic stump grinder, cleaned up the job site and all of this for a price that was very fair. I entertained quotes and proposals from a variety of local service providers, Experience Tree Service was hands down the best combination of value, professionalism, integrity and capabilities. "Excellent job with tree trimming. I highly recommend for this. I also had 2 roots ground down as the pavers were being lifted. For this, my only concern was that much more of the patio pavers were removed than I expected. I now have to hire an expert for the patio repair. Crew was great though. My trees look fantastic."
