"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. "Other than delays caused by weather we had no issues with their work or workers.  They were prompt, finished in one day (as they indicated they would) and cleaned up.  The only issue we had was with their financing.  Since we were unable to pay for the work at that time they offered us financing, so that we could go forward.  Their financing people asked for a review before we had even made one payment, and then they sold the loan to another company before another payment was due.
