"I had a leak at my back door that was ruining my hardwood floor inside. I had several people come to look for the source, but nobody could find out why. Then my insurance agent suggested calling Terry Garrett at Skyline Contracting. He sent one of his people, who was able to diagnose that the leak was caused by faulty gutter cover installation, causing rain water to flow backward behind the siding. Skyline personnel then fixed the gutters, replaced the rotten door, including painting, replacing casing, reinstalling locks, and door shutters. They cut out the rotted hardwood floor, and installed tile (my choice) at the entranceway. Everone was very professional, and cleaned up the work area when work was done for the day. Skyline was very good about communicating with me, and everyone showed up at the time I was told they would."
