"I have dealt with many architects before and gotten what I thought was good service. However after dealing with Eustilus Architecture I now have a new bar by which to judge others. Whether it be dealing with me on my time frame, which was late at night lots of time due to my work schedule, or taking phone calls out of the blue because I had a sudden inspiration. Or dealing with my general contractor and making sure everything is being built to exact specifications, and on time, Eustilus Architecture has gone beyond what most people would even be willing to think of doing and they did it all with a smile on their face. My new home is almost complete and I wouldn t have been able to do it without them. And on top of all of that they can design ANYTHING! They designed my home with a pool on the roof! They dealt with my GC, concrete companies, structural engineering, the office of zoning, I mean everybody. I guess the best way to sum this up is that they have been so involved and helpful and professional that now my oldest daughter wants to become an architect. I m not sure there is a greater compliment that I could pay them then to know they influenced her."

"I hired RLD Builders to construct a retaining wall that needed replaced before we could repave the driveway. RLD Builders came in with a competitive price and won the job. What was to take a few weeks turned into a three month ordeal. The county permit process caused hurdle after hurdle to get the permits but Rafe kept on the county and we finally got the permits and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We then put the house on the market for sale and had moved to our new out-of-the-area location. The hot water tank in the basement decided to let loose causing major damage to the basement. This is where RLD Builders exceeded our expectations. Rafe and his crew jumped in and cleaned up the water damage, worked with the insurance agents to get approvals, and completely rebuilt our basement. "I signed a contract for work to be completed in 4 weeks. 4 Months later, work was finally (mostly) done - but only with extreme nagging on my part and excessive excuses and push back. The contractor only came to the project site if his sub-contractors created an issue (which was often). They dropped my A/C unit down a 10 foot hole, they didn't finish half the projects they said they would and completed the other half incorrectly based on hand drawings and gestures because neither the contractor or I could speak the same language as the sub-contractors, they made promises to show up and never did. Worst of all, they used design plans from a previous contractor that were approved by the city - but didn't use those plans and never updated the plans. The city inspector came and did not pass the project due to this discrepancy, but Vladimir told me it had passed. The city told me the permit expired. So - now Vladimir won't answer my emails and I have to pay someone else to fix it all."
