"Alex and his crew of TJ, Quinlan and Charles came out to put in a sidewalk for my Mother-In-Law's apartment at our house and extend our driveway. Our house is on a little bit of a hill so they worked with us and came up with a plan to keep the slope of the sidewalk to a minimum for my Mother-In-Law. "There's really nothing I can say bad about the experience with Carolina custom garages. Jim Riggs and his entire team were great to deal with. I had the floor redone and new cabinets installed... 2 different teams came in, floor first, then cabinets a week later. Both crews were on time, both called the day before confirming. Jim was extremely responsive... ask for a quote, he was there in 2 days. I sent multiple emails back and forth with Jim changing design and getting revised pricing and he responded quickly and pleasantly to each. "Kam and his crew installed helical anchors to address the settling issues, replaced the rotted sills and rebuilt the short wall over that area. He also addressed the water issues that contributed to these problems by having his guys dig some french drains, removed foundation plantings that were too close to the house & other bushes that were more a case of unsightliness than anything else & fixed a leak on garage roof as well. He graciously helped us with a couple of other problems that popped up that were not part of the scope of work. Kam, his son-in-law John and their small but pleasant crew were a pleasure to work with."
