"Kikers Tree Service arrived on 07-25-2019 and began working immediately. They cut down 7 trees that were huge. Four trees at least 100' or more. This was our 3rd time using Kikers Tree Service and each time we are pleased. After calling other tree services we decided Kikers was the one that could best handle our needs. They cleared all debris and blew off our deck and patio. They were precise and orderly. We had the trees removed due to storms. During a recent storm one tree lost limbs that fell on our roof and fence. We were very fortunate no roof damage only satellite dish damage."

A bit of background: I had called three other tree companies for a fairly small job, including two large, well known ones. Two of the three never bothered to show up for our original estimate appointments. When the second did finally did (after changing the time AGAIN and then still being an hour and a half later than expected), the quote was high, and the contractor got into an unsolicited political rant. Needless to say, he was off the list. I remembered I had received a card in my mailbox from Torres Tree Service. I sent a message, got an almost immediate response, and Jovanny showed up that same afternoon - at exactly the time we agreed upon. We went over the job, and he even offered to begin that evening! We instead agreed that he would come the next morning at 7:30 beforeI had to leave for work. Again, he was spot on time, had a smile on his face and a great attitude. When I got home at 4:30, he was finishing the clean up (including hauling all the debris away). By around 6:30 that evening, he was completely finished. The work was done exactly to spec, and he cleaned the area immaculately, leaving barely a leaf on the ground! This included clearing a lot of thorns and brush, which one of the other companies didn't want to touch without charging an additional 1500.00. Torres Tree Service's pricing was way below the other quotes I received. My Spanish is rudimentary at best. Though Jovanny speaks English, he did call an associate who made sure all of the details of our conversation and agreement were clear before the job began, and again when he finished. Torres Tree Service is a new company I believe is highly deserving of your consideration!"

I love them. Randy is the bosses name, it's a small company, mostly Randy and a helper. He comes when he says he will and is extremely professional. He comes out every fall after the Bradford pear has shed it's leaves and prunes. He's cut back the Bradford pears quite a bit so it doesn't get too heavy. He has also taken care of pruning my big maple tree. I've been using him for about 10 years. He was recommended by a guy that used to take care of my yard. If there's anything to be known about trees he knows it. He's a born teacher, he takes me around the house and points things out to me.
