"It went great the owner was very helpful super professional I'm very happy about my roof couldn't of done better work myself. 5 stars forsure! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION OR REMODELING NEEDS!"

"The estimate for the work that was required was not good. I was under the impression more wood work/replacement was going to take place. They sealed and bonded some of the effected areas but replaced very little of the wood. So basically the house was pressure washed and I only asked for the front of the house trim to be painted. I honestly do no feel I received $1500 worth of work. My advice is to get a clear and concise estimate before work is started."

"Wow what a beautiful and professionally job well done. They repaired my wood siding and now looks brand new. Working with Mark was a pleasure. Thank you Mark and a big thank also to the carpenters!"

"Custom materials took a while to come in, but the company kept in contact the whole time about where we were in the process. Installation of ten windows and siding along the top floor, soffetting and trim, taking down the gutters and wrapping the wood in aluminum, all done in less than a week. The project lead, Chad Whitmore, was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. Looks great!"

"Excellent work, transformed screened-in porch to a more livable space with Wincore sliding glass door, windows, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Rapid, professional installation."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"I needed 3 support posts for an elevated deck replaced. Mr. Gutierrez and his crew just completed the project and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Mr. Gutierrez for a most reasonable bid and service. Walter P. in Charlotte."

"Albert came out and gave me quote, and seemed very courteous, but said I was outside his normal service area of the city of Charlotte. He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."

"Great! My husband called Bo and he came right out. Our house and shed are squeaky clean. Great job! We've used Bo before and were pleased then. We will definitely use his services again in the future."
