"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. "They did not get the job done right. There's a section in front of the landing that was not leveled properly so the water puddles. We asked him to come out and fix it. He came out looked at it said he was going to do the work. The end of August never showed up. Never called so I feel like he just blew us off obviously. So now we're having to spend our time and money to fix what they did wrong. Also when they were done they did not put out yellow tape across the driveway so no one would drive on it We happen to have a delivery 2 hours after they left and the delivery driver drove right down onto it and left tire marks and walked up to the door leaving footprints. Those are permanent marks in our brand new concrete driveway. And then he blamed the driver for not knowing that it was a brand new driveway. Nice bunch of guys but just beware I would not recommend."
