"Zack was incredible. He made my ceiling look night and day from what it was! My skylight leaked into my master bathroom. I had the skylight removed and tried to patch the hole myself. Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! I would use him on my next home and any future products. I would also recommend him to anybody in the community. He's polite, trustworthy, punctual and keeps you informed on the product. "Joshua was very nice until job done and he was paid. Shortly afterwards and after 1st rain, I noticed a sizeable puddle. When I called him he said he told me there were no guarantees. He said I needed a top layer of sealer for $1000. I had already paid him $5800. Seriously!! Before I hired him I asked numerous times about process and procedure. I asked about 1stlayer of aggregate/pebbles. He said that was only for concrete not asphalt. He offered no warranty although he advertises. Now I have grass growing up through the asphalt. It's only been 4 months. Don't think he is licensed. DO NOT HIRE HIM."
