"Rosie and Margarito walked around the house with us in order to determine the extent of the deterioration of the soffit and wood trim. They even pointed out some flashing that was missing that the other companies did not notice. They replaced the trim, added flashing where there was none. They caulked all the windows and around the inset panels of the garage and front door, reinforced the porch panels that were starting to sag. Then, power-washed the windows and front door and garage door, and hand-painted with the perfect color of a well known brand paint. The house looks like new now. (and they did not leave specks of airbrushed paint on the windows, unlike a previous house painter we had before). And, I have garden all around the house. They managed to do all their work without damaging any of the plants. Anything they moved out of the way, they put back perfectly. They were not the lowest bidder, but they did superior work and used superior wood and wood composite and multiple coats of paint and were excellent to work with, very professional and friendly. I have already referred them to my neighbors wanting the same work done and will definitely use them again."
