"I have used Bill in the past and I could not think of anyone else that I would want to use not only did he spray and get rid of my problem with the bugs, wasp and spiders he also let me know of a problem that I might have with my Chimney I called them out and sure enough they had to make a few minor repairs. "Made me pay half in cash. Only gave me a receipt for the half I paid in the card. $7k+ and I?m thinking he wasn?t ethical. Never brought back all supplies I paid for. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy mouse traps. "

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
