He replaced our old rusty mailbox with both a new mailbox and wood post. "I recently contracted Victor to do a couple projects on my home and was very pleased with his work. I first needed roof cleaning services to remove some algae and stains that had built up on shaded and northerly exposed areas of my roof. Victor worked carefully and meticulously to fully clean the roof and restore it to good condition. I also needed repairs to the roof fascia and a section of aluminum siding that had been damaged by a fallen tree branch. Other contractors I spoke with claimed that I couldn’t repair just a section of the siding and would need to replace the entire wall to avoid a mismatch of old and new colors. However, Victor was able to remove the damaged section of siding, replace it with a new section and then paint the new siding with an exact match in paint color so that it was impossible to tell where the damage had been.
