"Excellent service from responding for an estimate to job completion. Mr. Harmon and his crew removed nine (9) trees in a townhouse community. The trees were in various stages of falling with huge branches over the community parking areas, light posts and sidewalks. They came on time, cleaned up each area as they completed the work, and checked with me to see if there were any concerns during the process. "They were good. They did what they said they would do and they did it well. I had three estimates. One was a little bit lower but I just didn't like the people. I didn't feel good about them and so, I didn't choose them based on some reaction I had to them. He seemed to want to work because his original price for all of the stuff was $1200 then he came down $100. While he was here, he saw that we needed another tree stump ground out and removed. He said that if I wanted to pay him the original which was just $400 more, he would do that stump. That was a very good deal because taking that tree stump out was a big project. He was good on the price. They were good on responsiveness. For punctuality, I miscommunicated at my end but they were very patient with me and they never got annoyed with me. I apologized and they said it is alright. That happened not once but twice on my part."
