"My elderly dad’s heating went out Christmas night, so after checking Angies List, I called Cool Air Technologies the next morning. I first spoke to Trish who was wonderful and assured me that they would try to get someone out that afternoon. By 2:20, Bill had arrived at my dad’s house, and was calling me back to verify that a new thermostat was needed and installed! Their service was excellent-and I was so grateful for their concern and personal attention in getting the heating fixed in such a timely manner! I will be sure to use them again, and recommend them to others."

"I had All City Plumbing come out to help me fix my high water pressure. Technical named Alexis H came and was able to install a new 3/4 pressure regulator. Regulator he installed was double union and he explained that is to help make it be an easier exchange if it goes out again. Highly recommended All City Plumbing. Happy with work and value."

"Very in detail description of what needed to get done and the why behind it. Awesome job, professional, answered every question on why my central AC was strong on first floor but very weak in second floor. Air handler moved from bottom floor to upstairs attic, higher capacity central AC and all ducts changed. Beautiful work done in 3 days with detailed report of what was done. Fair price for the job done. Before and after."

"The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and very patient taking time to answer my questions regarding what I should be doing as a homeowner to maintain my system.
He started by sticking his head in the opening of my attic to look at the ducts & assessed what could/should be replaced. Then he inspected my AC unit, assessed its age and "state", opened the electrical panel to review the wiring, checked the refrigerant/flow and explained the basics of maintenance. We ended up going inside to look at the air filter and while their he conducted a similar inspection on my furnace. While my AC was running he used a surface thermometer to read temps at several of my registers. He took the time to explain how to clean my coil with a hose from the outside of the condenser and to take care not to use too high pressure.
In the end he made suggestions feel genuine and not like some high pressure sales tactic. I had a very positive experience and when he left I was happy to leave an A+ assessment on Angies list; however, when I reviewed what was supposed to be included in the "$39 for a Spring Air-Conditioning Tune-Up" that I paid for I realized I didn't do a good job in holding him responsible for executing everything in the package.
$39 for a 20-point Spring air-conditioning tune-up
Calibrating and leveling thermostat <- Didn't need doing I guess
Cleaning filters as needed <-- COMPLETE
Lubricating and inspecting bearings for wear <-- didn't happen (maybe it didn't need to?)
Cleaning indoor coil (if accessible) <-- don't think it was accessible
Flushing and treating condensate drain with anti-algae product <-- didn't happen
Inspecting condenser coil <-- didn't get opened to look at
Monitoring operating pressures of refrigerant <-- COMPLETE
Inspecting safety devices for proper operation <-- COMPLETE
Inspecting disconnect box for proper rating and installation <-- COMPLETE
Monitoring volts and amps on fan motor <-- Not sure
Tightening all electrical connections <-- COMPLETE
Inspecting and testing contactor for burns and/or pits <-- INSPECTED
Inspecting electrical for exposed wiring <-- COMPLETE
Inspecting and testing capacitors <-- INSPECTED
Inspecting fan blades <-- COMPLETE
Cleaning condenser coil and removing debris <-- Didn't happen
Inspecting service valves for proper operation <-- COMPLETE
Measuring temperature difference between supply and return <-- COMPLETE
Inspecting duct work for energy loss <-- wasn't thorough
Monitoring compressor for proper amp draw, volt draw, and wiring connections <-- Not sure
Reviewing the list after he left I wish I would've insisted a better assessment of the ducting in my attic & that they cleaned the AC condenser coil.
I don't think there was any willful negligence on the techs part to get out of work, and ultimately I think I paid a fair price for what was completed. Even though Excel Air missed a few things from the package I would use the company again and would even recommend them to friends with the caveat to make sure you know what services are to be rendered before they arrive (and not after like I did).

"Jeremy and Landon did an excellent job installing a new gas furnace and Outdoor condenser. As you can see from the pictures they went "over the top" with the install; adding cosmetic elements that weren't functionally required but very much appreciated This install should serve as the "gold standard" for the industry. I would recommend this team along with Dominic who was the consummate sales professional. 5 stars plus for his efforts and timely followup. You can expect a very quality job with the RighTime Home Services team. Take a look at the before and after pictures below. I wasn't able to upload the condenser but they did a beautiful job."

"Shopped out multiple heat pump quotes for our Dana Point home before settling on CCS. CCS were were timely in their response, accessible, and always helpful throughout the entire process. We discussed multiple options at different price ranges before settling on a 3.5-ton AC-Pro system, which Eric Tesch (CCS Business Owner), and his crew installed the new unit on-time, and on budget. We had a couple of hick-ups during the install, including electrical connection issues, and an unanticipated, re-sizing of the attic entry to remove the existing furnace/air handling unit. This caused added time and effort to complete the project, but Eric was both helpful and fair in addressing these issues. Before settling on CCS I called and spoke with multiple, past clients, who all provided reassuring referrals. The system installation was completed more than several weeks back. Overall I feel our experience with CCS was very positive and would definitely recommend them to others."
