Despite it being memorial day weekend he actually said he would start his day early and get to my house at 8:00 AM the next day to start treatment. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job. The next day (Memorial day) we fired off a dozen questions about what we should do next, and each was answered promptly. We contacted him again mid week and again he was prompt and did not mind going the extra mile to make sure we felt like our questions were fully answered.
